Highlights from Room 327!
Hey Kiddos! I have been wanting to update the site for quite some time but just have not had very many opportunities! I thought taking care of nearly 30 5th graders kept me busy but this little guy has proven to keep me even busier! So, baby boy has arrived! He was born on his due date, 7/3 and he weighed 7 lbs 3 oz! Interesting, huh? We named him Owen Tyler. I hope you all approve! I know we considered many names, but I have to say that I think it really fits him well! I also want to say thank you to the class. You made my pregnancy so much fun, you showed me so much love and made it such a special experience!

We truly enjoyed learning about contemporary, or new art yesterday at the Museum of Contemporary Art, (MCA)!! We had a ton of fun in the reflective room by José Lerma!

10-04 - I am sharing the details for the monthly reward early so that you have time to make a creative and environmentally conscious costume!! Check it out! I hope everyone can participate! If not, no big deal, bring a canned good!

have not received a Blue Slip or Pink Slip will get to participate in a RUN WAY
SHOW to exhibit their recycled costume!
If you do not
create a costume, you must bring a canned good to be donated.

It was such a pleasure meeting the parents that were able to make it to Open House! Thank you for coming! I think it is going to be a lovely year!
09-02-13 Tell your family about the new Magic Slips we are using at Disney! I think they are going to help us have a lot of fun this year and keep our good behavior on track!
